We developed a custom RAG system augmented by our custom OCR engine. The system extracts text from PDFs, excel files, doc files and images, scanned or otherwise, then it analyzes the documents, breaks them into meaningful chunks, embeds them, and adds them to a highly sophisticated index. We also developed a chat interface where users can ask any kind of question based on the indexed data and it retrieves precise answers ranging from simple information extraction to deep insights.
Extraction of text and structured information from scanned documents including tables and handwritten texts as well as information in images. The extracted text split into context-aware chunks with high-quality embeddings.
Prompt Engineering + On-Premise open source LLM applied to the indexed data for AI responses grounded strictly in source documents with document name and page number level traceability.
Private network deployment with zero internet exposure with audit trails and system monitoring dashboards for full observability and control.
ChatGPT style chat interface with contextual conversations and conversation history. Auto expiring very old conversations for auto cleanup and data security.
